The idea was that the ship would have two engines. One would control vertical thrust, and the other horizontal. The vertical thrust is controlled using the pitch wheel, the horizontal with the modulation wheel. I still need to do some tweaking with the engine turn on/off sequence, adjust the mix, and add some more detail to it, but we're getting there. This was a fun part of the&nbsp;exercise, as it showed how quickly the&nbsp;environment&nbsp;can be altered and brought to life. Unity has a built in flare source to model the sun. All of the shading caused by the angle of the sun in relation to the landscape is automatically calculated by the engine.&nbsp;<br /><br />I just entered the scripting portion, and will be working in Javascript. Unity also supports C#.
